So What Now?

59-year-old with chest pain.
Started on heparin but troponins and EKG are negative.
Light-headed, tachycardic, hypotensive.
Imaging shows rapid abdominal bleed.
But bleed tamponades and the exact source cannot be identified.
All workup is negative.
Patient stabilizes and can be discharged.
“But what happens now? Will this happen again?
I am only 59 years old.”
