Mentors

So many:
educators, peers, researchers, patients,
students, friends.
They help guide me, support me, lead me.

They help me excel in listening, patience, compassion,
knowledge.

They trust in me, allow me to explore, fail, succeed,
thrive.
They believe in me; I believe in them.

They may not need it. But I need to say, Thanks.

Heather Hayes, DPT, PhD, NCS, CSRS
