Unfair. He weakly smiles. Clearly uncomfortable but so brave. We avoid the obvious, talk of friends, the holidays the UT Jazz. Treatment removed hair but not his smile or humor. Joint decision no more treatment. Talk turns of comfort. Laughing about eulogy speaker he chose. Taken too soon. Miss you my precocious twelve-year old friend.
