Alan is a hospital-based PM&R physician with a passion for wellness, resilience, and spiritual healing practices. Finding work-life balance has been a challenge only worsened by a shift in work focus and the COVID pandemic. Medicine invites us to push through, rally on, cowboy up and just keep putting one foot in front of the other. Our oath has provided fertile soil for the corporate model to thrive in the hospital, and we are paying the price.
