Contributing ArtistIssue: Volume 12
Bio: Marnie Blair is an artist, educator and patient. She is cardiac arrest survivor with Long Q T Syndrome. Blairs current work Moving Parts Never Stop is an exploration of the intersection between technology and art, challenging traditional notions of what constitutes an artist and artistic creation. In this series of work, I delve into the realm of creative human-machine collaboration and explore notions of labour that emerges from this partnership. The ballpoint pen drawings that emerge from this collaboration bridge the divide between the digital and the analog.
